i am planing a conversion , intrested in the biger machines because of the size of envelope and the ability to cut steels. i have a lot of cnc expirience working as a programer on deckel maho machines. i live in israel so the choises of model are very limited , the only models curently availible from the zay series are the zay7045,7040,7032,fw1 , i have found this link :

with all the zay model variations, i would like to know what are the diferences in the models 45,40,32 ... , motor power?
my understanding is that raound cloumn isnt suitible for cnc conversion?
and the fw1 version which i can by can use dc or ac motor without gearing , is it beter with the noise and rpm isues ?
which motor ac or dc can be controled thru the control of the cnc if any ?
