Anybody know what a laser marking machine costs?

I am looking at laser marking some of my parts, what does a laser marking machine such as a TruMark Station 5000 cost?

It depends on what material you want to mark, which dictates the type of laser you'll need. $5k - $120k is the basic starting range.

Actually, you could check on ebay for some ideas. You'd be surprised what's
available there. May not be the one you're looking for but it'll give ya an idea of other units' costs.

Here's another choice to help you. If you buy marking laser machine. It's more expensive.You only order engraving laser machine from China.It's cheaper. I advise you at wk laser or redsail company (Please search from google).I think it should have laser power about 60 watts.And then you order cermark product.Please take a look from http://www.ferro.com/Our+Products/Gl...CerMark/<br />
If you want to mark on non-metal-----> use only engraving machine.
Or you want to mark on metal -----> use Cermark product plus engraving machine.

Here's the summary of detail.
1) laser engraving machine---> price about 4000 - 5000 USD.(included shipping price already)
2) Cermark product ---> price about 300 USD.
Total only:not over 5500 USD.
