New Mori Seiki site

First off, Great site with tons of info here!

I Just opened up a web site dedicated to older Mori Seiki machines, Such as SL-1, Sl-2, Sl-3 series lathes.

These machines are getting harder to find parts for & experienced service Personnel to work on them.

I invite anyone who needs info & parts for these turning centers. Also any & all input posted in our new forum is Greatly encouraged & appreciated.

I hope i don't step on any ones toes promoting another site here, but we are a nonprofit outfit Dedicated to exchanging ideas & information.

I have a friend that has 2 Sl-3's of 80"s vintage. The company he works for is supposed to get rid of them as soon as they buy new machines. I am not sure what is wrong with them, but I will be happy to give you his name if you are interested.

Can anyone out there get me a m-code list for a SV-50 Mori with a MSC-50 control? We aquired a machine from a sister company that went out of buisness and did not receive the programming manual ( Imagine That !!! ). Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in need of some advice on shop floor programming. I have to do a lot of editing once CAPS generates an NC program. Wait codes o are all out of whack. both turrets try and run at the same time so there is a good bit of editing to do. any advice?
