Rate the Fanuc 10TF Control?

I am considering the purchase of an Okuma-Howa ACT-4 with Fanuc 10-TF.
Anyone out there have any strong opinions (or even mild ones) concerning the machine, or the control?

We have an Act 3. In my opinion there are much better lathes out there.
