Ikegai AX20Z CNC Lathe trouble

I have an Ikegai AX20Z lathe that we have not run for 1.5 weeks. We went to "fire it up" yesterday and everything turns on correctly, except we notice that the RPM gauge reads about 1200 (spindle is not turning) and our load meter is "maxed out." On start-up, the LED light on the main panel for "motor on" is lite.
For whatever reason, on start-up, the machine thinks the spindle is running and we cannot operate properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Still not sure of the problem, but we have been able to run the machine. We will power up the machine, but not turn on the control until after the spindle rpm gauge and the load meter gauge have returned to zero. This may take 5 minutes or 60 minutes. This happens all at once. You will something in the control panel "click," and the gauges will go to zero. Any input as to exactly what the problem is would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a AX20N & manual if this helps. I have got a bit of a problem with mine.
I have just got it installed and went to run it it.....Suprise suprise it doesn't wanna go. Control screen run and the fans start in the controller box at the back. After a sec or to it comes up with a error code 401 servo....One thing i noticed is that the aux hyd pump is not running should it be from power up to supply pressure to the survo etc?
