Low cost industrial place to install mill.

I am considering getting the CNC Industrial Hobbies benchtop milling machine. The problem I have now is that I live in an apartment in the San Jose, CA area. I will have to move into a house rental. Or, what one person suggest, I can keep my apartment and put the mill in an industrial rental place. I was informed that this industrial rental place costs about $100/month and is simply a small garage where I can run the CNC mill for as long as I want without worrying about the noise or dirt. My question is, is there really such a industrial rental place and where would I find one?

Also, what are the general city/county laws about the noise factor if I do decide to rent a house? I definately do not want the neighbors to complain and don't want to be evicted from a house rental. I would like to avoid these things and plan ahead of time before I make my decision on which house I should move into.

I plan to run the CNC machine for upto 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday during the day approximately. This is strictly a hobby thing only.

Another plan to to simply get a house rental and install the benchtop CNC mill in the garage. If noise is a problem with the neighbors, I can install a sound dampening enclosure around the mill.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Well being n Kalifornia, it could be hard to find something safe
. here in Dallas I had a warehouse apt 2 floors approx. 2700 sq' per floor with an industrial lift between floors for only $750 / mo. all bills. Until that woman mayor decided our neighborhood was "Trendy" and I became a victim of "Urban Renewal" so My humble 2 cents is, any $100 industrial park shop, I'd be very careful about the neighbors!!!!! YMMV
