ITAR Query- need advice please.

Does anyone know if the exemption for the UK under the US ITAR regulations that was being discussed actualy came off?

I'm exporting from the UK to the States and may have a problem because they send me the drawings which constitute "information" under ITAR.

I'm not being lazy, have searched for days on the Web, but all I seem to get is that Canada is exempt and the UK and Australia were being considered for exemption.

Any help appreciated.
