    toyoda af100

I am looking for feedback towards a Toyoda AF1000 vertical mill. Thinking of buying one once my sales rep has one of my parts cut on the machine. Not familiar with the toyoda machines so any info would be great.

Thats a 14,000 lb cnc center right? Maybe check with the Haas or Fadal forums here. Maybe some of those guys have some experience with big units like that. Dave

We have three Toyoda machines, one vertical and two horizontal and they are very reliable.

toyoda is a solid machine weve got 2 horizontals at work fh650 and an fa800 ,i would stay away from toyoda's that were mixed with mitsui , it took a number of months to get the bugs out of the 650 which has the mitsui mark ,it is also over the top on the idiot proofing in reguards to the control panel , other than that its been a nice machine since the repairs
the 800 on the other hand is is a work horse , that baby is solid
