Does anyone have a picture of a Taig or a seig mini-milling machine with something in the foreground to show size comparison? An above shot of a hand and a 6" steel rule resting on the actual bed, preferably?
I am working on a project that requires semi-small precision pieces. I have a grizzly G3102 vertical mill that is set-up for another ongoing project and thought of getting a small tabletop mill to help me along. I am familliar with the Sherline mill and, although, it is a great machine, I m skeptical about it's aluminum construction. This isn't a machine I'm accustomed to. the taig and seig mill's bed seem to be made of stronger stuff but I wouldn't want the size to be comparable to that of a sherline mill, basically I really don't need something so small.
