That is called a T-Slot Plate, it is best made from MIC-6 aluminum, which is expensive and is ground flat & polished!

I have made several, but had to stop because the blank plates cost over a $100, then it takes many hours to mill the top slots, followed by many hours milling the T-Slot!

When I raised my prices, everyone barked, so I just stopped making them!

There is a market for them, but no one wants to pay $500-600 for one plate that's 24"x24" (that's the biggest I can make on my Bridgeport Mill)

Good luck, and I suggest you make your plate with a grid of threaded holes!

JOOC why is not the "grid of threaded holes" the 'normal' way instead of T-slots?
The grid holes seem much better/quicker most of the time for setups.
    (& easier to manufacture)

    I found some here.
They are 250mm wide. Price is $235 for 1 meter.

You could also post in the RFQ section of the forum and see if someone will make one to your specifications.
