I have got one of the WholeSale Tool Round column Mill / Drills, that I have been using for about 2 years now. I simply took it out of the crate and started using it with no real setup. Now as my skills have increased and projects a bit more difficult, I am looking to get a bit more accuracy out of the machine.

What I am looking for is a proper "initial setup" procedure that anyone may have a link to or information on. Surely stuff I should have done initially, but didn't. What kind of adjustments should be make on a new mill? Table, lubrications, lead screw nut adjustments?

Any help?
