Helical Coupler for Stepper -> Rotary Table

I'm not sure this is the right forum...

I am converting a Phase II 8" H/V Rotary Table to CNC. I'm using a 260 oz.in.
24-size stepper with an adapter collar I made.

Essentially every design I've seen in this area uses a Helical Coupler for the Stepper -> Rotary Table connection for stiffness and repeatability.

Problem: a 3/8"-3/8" helical coupler is surprisingly expensive ($60 area) from most of the Big Catalog IS companies.

What is a less expensive source (if any) or what is a good alternative?

Welcome. Check out mscdirec.com 87792420 I think this is $25 and is a complete unit. Lovejoy coupler.
