Clausing are owned by the 600group which make, amongst other things Colchester and Harrison Lathes, we are looking at them amongst others, here in the UK Storm are branded Richmond, we are looking at one of there VMCs, they look ok to me but I don't know how reliable they are. We may be buying a Colchester Multiturn 2000 Lathe if the budget allows, we have a Harrison Alpha which is a good machine, but we would sell it to buy the Colchester. Colchester/Harrison are as good as anybody for quality, they are a bit pricer than some, it depends on your budget.
