    Question SIZE VARIATION ON OKUMA LATHE

    I HAVE PROBLEM HOLDING PARTS IN SIZE ON OKUMA CAPTAIN L370MW.MY MOST CRITICAL TOL. ON THESE PARTS IS .001" (SHOULD BE A PICE OF CAKE TO HOLD IT) ,BUT IN SOME REASON SIZE IS KEEP CHANGING FROM PART TO PART.PLEASE ADVISE.

    Need a lot more information. Part print. Copy of program. Tooling used. Work holding used. Material spec. Everything.
