Looking for lathe turret tooling block spare parts

I'm trying to find the manufacturer of a tooling block on our Murata turret. The only information on it are cast in letters: MC8 and 86050. The screws for the clamp wedges are shot, but I can't remove them until I can replace them.
Can anyone point me in a promising direction to track this down?
