    Question HELP, Craftex 10"x18"!!

This is my first lathe I just bought and I cant get the gears to line up to set for threading. I have put them all in the correct order but they dont line up, the feed sprocket is too big to contact the other gear but they are the right gears in the right order as far as I can tell Im trying to cut 28 tpi. Does anyone know what could be wrong?? Thanks AL

As you can see the gear C(60) will not align with gear D(120). I positioned them to show you as best as I can. Thanks for any and all help guys!

Your pic of the gears dosen't make sense, the largest of c60 gear is just there doing nothing and won't do nothing unless the gears are wrong or the meshing adjuster needs aligning?
