help！have trouble reading a drawing.

recieved a drawing today.
and there's some markings i don't recognize.
note：it's a shaft drawing.
here's the following marks i don't recognize.

this is a pic i found similar to the one i recieved
in mine FR is swapped with FG.

Ra 0.35 rcc/FG and Ra 0.20 ga/FG
what does rcc and FG stand for?and ga? i know Ra mean roughness extent.

any help would be appreciated.

Ra - Rotational Angle
Fg = Weight of load
Ga -Gravitational angle

Can't remember what the RCC was for?
