Fryer -Anilam need block skip switch or M01

I need to find the block skip switch in Anilam 6000 (Fryer) or how to hook up an Op Stop manual switch ( I guess this was an option on these according to the manual )

I have a fryer with anilam 3000. will check tomorrow on how we do it. i program all by feature cam but another guy programs all at console. will check with him
