Bosch CC220 control

Hello,
We need help for something so it is necessary to say we dont have any information about this.
We buy Trumpf L3030, bosch cc220 control.
But we cant send any data to this control. I believe all cable settings and machine parameters are OK.
Ohhh I must say the control give us warning: Warning 5698 "Slave does not recieve.

Is there anybody use this control?

Got the same problem, error 5698 'slave not contacted'.
Could probably resolve it if I knew what the slave was.
Anyone any ideas????
