Hope everyone had a good x-mass and new year. So been plugging away at re-aligning the turret and made an interesting discovery, it looks like the turret or head never moved. The whole head/saddle is sliding side to side on the X axis ways. I loosened the four head bolts, used a 0.7" hollow aluminum bar as a pry-bar and I could see the whole head and saddle moving.
