KIA Machine tool Lathe KT20S

We have a KIA KT20s machine that is running a Fanuc OT-C. When it is powered up there is "not ready" on the screen and it won't do anything else. Can anyone tell us how to get back to the factory parameters as they seem to be gone. The mfg. date on the machine is 1990.

I would call the factory, give them the serial number and model of the machine. They should be able to tell you when, where, and who installed the machine. If the company that installed the machine is still in business they may have backups of the files. Otherwise, Hyundai-WIA should be able to get a generic set from the factory.

Thanks for the input! We have gotten the generic parameters from the factory and input them into the machine. Now when we power it up we get a 2015 ac100v over current alarm. Any clues how to sole this problem?

My newer machines tell me a 2015 alarm is for spindle time over - not 100% sure what it is on something that old.
However, I would check the drives to see if any alarms are on the readouts.
I would also double check the incoming voltage - make sure that it is within specs as Fanuc is a bit fussy.
