Trumpf TC120R powered by Radan programming advice please

Hi All
Just some quick back round info, i have been cnc programming (punch and bending equipment Salvagnini S4, P4's &Tc120) for nearly 15 years, had a break from it for 6 years due to company restructuring, however i have now come back into contact with my old tc120, but alas i have forgotten some simple actions and would hope some one can refresh my mind.

My issue is, i need to control the direction of the sheet during slitting / profile punching, as the sheet once punched in the slitting phase tracks back on the same path, to then cut the other portion of the panel, what is happening is that the metal that has been cut and tagged is catching on the punch head, and tearing the sheet up..
i need a list of M code specifiers for the trumpf, dose any one know were i can download a copy for free??
Can some one give me some advice on this issue as its driving me nuts let alone my boss who is in tears at the amount of 0.7mm 304 s/steel i'm getting half way through and then chewing up...

Regards
Pat...

I don`t want to appear negative, but,if your boss can afford Radan surely he can afford to ask Trumph for help.

you're right he can, and so also i can get radan help desk, however the knowledge base for this 22 year old machine, is virtually non existent, its not so much m codes etc, but trying to write a nc code to prevent the machine from passing back over the tagged slit its just punched to start the next row, radan 2011 is more focused on lasers, rightly so to as these are the current path of choice, like most machine company's, if you tell trumpf its a 22 year old 120r.. there sales team are on the phone and banging at the door..

any road i have changed the layout of the nest so i am avoiding some of the slits...

Radan is good but super expensive. We looked at it when we bought our LVD Shape years back but just couldn`t justify it.
Regardless I`d be demanding positive help if I was paying the yearly fees.

to be honest i don't rate it, typical hoot and ha'lah package, if the software was as good as the pr bumbf you get it would be ok, i have been using this on this machine for ten years with the afore mentioned "time out", i mainly used Salvagnini's own software / package for there S4 punch, and this stuff is pukka, it is thought out easy to use, and were the nester is unable to give you what you want its easy to just write your own code and insert it in the nest code...

if you punch out a larger aperture in a sheet you can simply instruct it to avoid that area or focus on that individual in the nest a cut it away...

im sure you can with radan but its a one size fits all software package, and so there is big trade off's and with a tiny little, one punch at a time machine like the 120r, no one take you serious when multi part nesting on a machine that in fairness is designed to operate on a 1000mm x 1000mm sheet, so running 2500mm x 1250mm its difficult to say the least...
