Hi.
Hope this is the right forum to ask.
We have a machine brand Omniturn model GT-75.
This machine start giving us problems. This are the issues:
1; The servo drive cards(X/Y) "led" was on red meaning "fault", we figure out that a white cable position 11 in the card was the issue, the led is "green", we still have the "red" color in the other card Z.
Well, now the issue is that,we manually move the X axis to the end, we turn on the machine and it goes all the way to 0 (crush) like crazy, we can push the stop button but this is the current behavior.
Other thing, some times went this happens, the thermal overloads gets red, the manual say that this happen went the machine hit hard and try to protect by it self.
Now,this machine have a computer with the M2 card that control the machine, exist a way to test if the card works or can communicate with the machine, because the Joystick stop moving the machine, we can move the joystick and give as the position of X/Z on screen but the machine won't move.
Hope someone could give us a clue about this issue, thanks!!!
