Need Help!- MC-500V2S spindle speed problem

This machine was out of commission for about a month for a spindle problem. We powered it up yesterday, but we can't get the spindle to operate over 5000 rpm vs its 10000 capability (it has a high speed spindle). We think it's a parameter issue but we don't have the parameter list so we can't test that out. We contacted Methods who told us that they have to go find the parameter manual in their local warehouse and it could be a day or two! Is there anyone who can help with either 1) a suggested fix to the spindle speed issue or 2) can send us the parameter list?

You should just get the parameter list. 1-2 days ain't bad for such an important chuck of info.

Our MC-510VF drops its rapids to 25% max after an E-stop and requires an axis home before it'll allow 50/100%, though this is normal behavior I think. 8krpm spindle, i80 control.

Parameters are control-specific. Which control do you have?
