Bosch CC220 I/O problems.

We have recently had issues relating to sending programs,The main and latter subs arrive but the first sub does not show up at the control. This is a trumpf 200 punching machine. We are using WinDNC a trumpf product for sending but have also tried DNC precision with no success. Any Input would be greatly appreciated.

Check the communication settings. If no I/O error occurs then it's a problem in the program or the machine is trying to access a table that does not exist. In this case it sometimes prints an error. This is a sample of how we write the programs on a Lasecomb dieboard laser cutting machine. We don't write subs -- we just convert a 2d drawing and load it to the machine.
