In my opinion service sets a machine apart and here is some info on Haas India:

Haas Automation India is strategically located in Navi Mumbai to provide customers throughout India with the best sales, applications and service support in the Industry. Our 8000 ft2 (743 m2) headquarters warehouses an extensive inventory of nationalized spare parts, and includes a showroom with the latest Haas machines running demonstrations and customer test applications. These machines represent just a portion of the full line of Haas VMCs, HMCs, turning centers, and rotary products.

The Haas India distribution system is designed around a series of local Factory Outlets dedicated exclusively to the Haas product line. Each Haas Factory Outlet has a service department staffed with factory-trained personnel, and fields a fleet of fully stocked service vehicles. All Haas facilities and personnel are focused exclusively on helping customers succeed using Haas as their CNC machine tool solution.

Thanks for your suggestion Mr. Ken Foulks

We know that Haas has great service network in India. We want to do heavy cutting and conteneously want to cut alloy and carbon steel.

And regarding performance for heavy and hard machining, we have taken feedbacks from our vendors, they suggested us that if we want to do light and fast machining then only we should go for Haas becasue the Haas uses Liner ball guide ways, while Hartford and Feeler Uses Box guide ways, while Milltronics uses Linear guid ways with roller guides which is also heavy duty.

Regarding Controller, ofcourse your controller has great abilities but we have to take options. While Milltronics offers great controller comparitive to Mazatrol Matrix in same package and their controller is also user friendly. While in case torque hartford, Feeler and Milltronics have higher torque.

Yes ofcurse Haas has another Model which is quite heavy duty, but then the price is lamost high compared to the other brands.

Vishal Gajjar

Dear Vishal Gajjar,
Haas has made many engineering changes to address past issues. A VF-3YT/50 is plenty capable of cutting alloys and carbon steel. Our applications departments would be happy to assist you with specific questions you have regarding capabilities. Attached is a torque chart for the VF-3YT/50. Also, the 6k spindle is actually 7500 RPM.

Haas Automation India will be able to help you with these questions. These are application-specific, so they would be able to review your operating conditions.
