Unhappy Romi 10 Lathe "No. 2003 Reference Required"

I am having a major issue with my Romi 10 lathe machine.
First it was giving me a "No 2064 Turret -Alarm 5 - Locking Faults" I was able to fix that (found a wire out of place). Now it is giving me a "No.2003 Reference Required” the turret finds the machine 0,0 but the tool changer doesn’t move. All help will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks
