    Hi,

I have the exact same machine. I am not in my machine shop right now but I will be glad to help you. I will look in the spare parts list tomorrow (GMT+1).
I also have a question for you. Does your machine have the 4th (B) axis integrated?

    Question to other members:
My machine has the B-axis on the control panel but there is no servo controller installed for it. Logically the machine reports an error if I try to move the B-axis. Would it be possible to attach an extra servo controller MDS-A-SVJ-10 in the control chain, adress it and assign it to the B-axis. I have a golden sun rotary table with a separate controller. The idea is to fully integrate this rotary table in the machine so I can do interpolation with the 4th axis. I need some amount of certainty before I buy a $1400,00
2nd hand servo drive. I could also try sniffing on the control chain and design some interface between the NC and the external controller. But there must be a faster way, right?

    Kind greetings.

    Hi,

There are 2 sets of spindle bearings. Since you are taking apart the spindle assembly, I would change both. Each part number orders one set (2 bearings).

C01AA09110, Spindle Bearing (UPPER SET), 2MM9110WIDULFS660
C01AB09112, Spindle Bearing (LOWER SET), 2MM9112WIDUMFS660

I will send you a copy of the drawing and the part list later when I get home from my shop. I do not have the time to copy the whole book because it is 50 pages and the drawings fold open -> difficult to copy.

    Kind greetings.
