Hello.
Today I talked to a salesman about a VMC since Iīve been looking out for one for a while.
Anyway, he offered me a Chen-Ho MCV 1250 from year 2000 whit a Mitsubishi M520 controller.
The machinespecifications looks really good for my purposes. (Large travel in all axis, heavy load on table, etc.)
The problem is that I donīt know anything about these machines or the controller.
How is Mitsubishi to work whit?. Are there dialogue-programming?
Is it easy to learn? Some weaknesses that I should know about?
I have a little experiense from Fanuc and I have a Okuma lathe whit OSP5020L
The machine then, is it steady? Much trouble? Hard to find spareparts?
Any info of the machine or the Mitsubishi controller would be highly appriciated!
Thanks all!
Greetings from Sweden.

Thanks for the tip.
I did not find a manual for M520 there thoug, is there any other of them that are similar i.e M600?
Hi, I find several Mitsubishi manuals in this page: http://meau.com/eprise/main/sites/pu...FAM=0001010005
2 months ago I've worked in a Chen Ho machine, the control looks good, I've find spare parts in USA, (ebay).
Hi.
When I click on the link I first see a Mitsubishi-logo for a second and then redirected to this site:
http://wwwf2.mitsubishielectric.co.jp/english/
From there its not possible to download the manual for the M520 controller.
Could it be because Im located in Sweden?
I bought the machine by the way, so far works fine. Trying to sort out how to drip feed it at the moment.
Thanks
Samuel
