0.005 inch cut???????

OK Here is the question....

I would like to cut a piece of silver or brass circle across the face, but i need the small kerf I read somewhere that this has been done with a .005 inch blade. what saw uses this blade and where can i get one...

cutting straight threw the circle about 2mm thick. Min waste needed..

The slotting saw someone else mentioned, but holding will be your next problem.

the slot cutter looks like the way to go... but I dont have a mill yet......

EDM=Electrical Discharge Machining. Usuallay done with shaped Carbon Electrodes or Wire.
