Jewelry CNC Any advises on brands or machines to buy

Hi all,

I have a friend that is a jewelry designer and he wants to acquire a cnc for making jewels on stainless steel. A small working area of about 10''x 6'' is more then enough and with a 4th axis.

Anyone knows a good brand or machine that will do the job and that it is reliable?

Thank you,

Gustavo

High spindle speed and runout are the #1 issues. for this the taig er16 spindle is pretty good. I would drive it with a g540 for better performance.

The PCNC 770 is ready to run. Nothing to put together, unless you need to disassemble in order to move it.

Roland was one of the options as well, but I dunno if it can handle stainless steel...

I dunno why he wants tho mill the jewelry itself insted of the wax...

I will check the local roland sales person and see if it can do the job

Thank you
