laser stamp pad

Hi,

who knows how I make stamp pad for Trodat stamp (like this: http://www.trodat-romania.ro/noutati.htm ).
I have some blank stamp pad - I don`t know how I cam make space between colours islands (with Versalaser): I make a vectorial cut, or I set to rasert engrave?
Stamp pad have 3-4mm foam and ~1mm other material (probable rubber).
