    Routing/drilling Alum. honeycomb

Need to route some .5" Aluminum Honeycomb and drill some blind holes in it.
Anyone have any exp. cutting the stuff?
What kind of tool for routing would all you masters recommend?
Also i need to drill some insert holes that need to be flat on the bottom, i was thinking about just using an endmill?
    Sage advise always appreciated.
    Z.

Aluminum is going to be easier to cut than the graphite Glass/Phenolic honey comb that I've cut. Just used a normal carbide end mill and it cut fine.
