Hello All, Most of the reading I have done so far seems to indicate that I should run a 2mm dia. single flute carbide endmill at 2800 mm/pm (~110 ipm) with a doc of 1.8-2.5 and spindle RPM of 30'000 I am scared stiff that doing so will just snap my tool. Does anyone have any real life experience to share. A video would be even nicer :-) Thanks, Serge |
