| Hi ! I have been testing my tabletop CNC machine. It is intended only for 2Ply vinyl engraving. I have asked around but have not got any answers that I am happy with. I use °30 cutters that are 3.175mm in diameter. The endpoint is 0,2mm. Can any one tell me the right RPM to use and travelling speed on X and Y axis ? I have tryed quite a few speeds but sometimes the cut is not clean enough and in other cases the cutter collects debry on the bit and destroys the vinyl surface. Help would be very much appreciated. I really need a buddy with good knowledge in those matters. Sincerely Einar |
