cutting parameters for natural peek

hello engineers
i am facing a problem about machining the natural peek i ahve one of the best turning center called CTX200 Gildimester GMB. but the result which i receive from machine is not acceptable.franklyy speaking i dont know the right cutting parameters for this material and also the right insert fro reveive the mirror finish at face of my part
