Does anybody have any ideas how I can burn this material quickly on a CNC EDM machine with a copper electrode. The Chemical composition of the material is as follows: Element Weight % Carbon .04 Max. Manganese 1.5 Max. Phosphorus .04 Max. Sulfur .03 Max. Silicon 1.0 Max. Nickel 4.5 - 6.5 Chromium 24.0 - 27.0 Molybdenum 2.9 - 3.9 Copper 1.5 - 2.5 Nitrogen 0.1 - 0.25 Iron Balance I would like to try any reasonable suggestions. Thank you. |
