I do not want sheets, those r a waste and a problem. I am looking for a spray or a pour on foam. It is for a specific project and will need a few hundred cu. ft. per year... I am looking for 10-25 pound density.... The idea is to use 2 pound for the base then add the hi-density over that, I have some large parts and it would cost a fortune to use other methods (I think)... My 2 pound materials work great as long as the detail is no more than than what a 1/4" ballnose can do... I do have a packing foam gun (sealed air, heated and pumps for a/b 55gal drums), I am awaiting a reply from there rep concerning the foam but I can not wait......!!!?!!! Thank ya, Marc
