I am a newbe with a tabletop CNC router table which uses a Rotozip. When cutting MDF with a new 1/4 inch two flute carbide end mill, the edges of the material are left rough and frayed. Depth: 0.10, Feed: 60 ipm, RPM: 15m. I am producing molds for casting urethane rubber which will be used to cast plastics. Any suggestions on other inexpensive milling substrates would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim |
