Hi, Is anyone aware of any plastics that you can sand? After machining? I'm trying to get a nice, smooth, paintable surface. All the plastics I've used in the past (Delrin, ABS, PC, UHMW) machine well, but leave cutter marks. When sanded, they produce fuzz, or lots of scratches. Also, as long as I'm dreaming, it would be nice to have a surface to which I could then apply a (paint) primer. Thanks in advance! Johnny501 KOZM Guitars |
