Does anyone have any tricks to machining PVC sheets on a CNC Router table? I'm fairly new at all this, so I would like to hear your suggestions on speed, feed, tools...etc? Our best results have come from using regular 2 flute HSS endmills at approx 7,500 RPM. For most of the applications, we use 3/16" cutters. The sheets we machine are most often 1/2" thick, but we do 1" thick ones on occassion.  |
