Smile soft metal to make detailed prototypes?

hello everyone, i am making jewelry prototipe for rubber vulcanised mould to inject wax.. i am looking for a soft metal, machinable, that leaves good detail using carbide V-bit(angle 15°,tip-0.1mm) that can withstand temperature of 190° celsius and some pressure from process of vulcanisation of rubber. even Acrylic would be good if was not melting on about 160°celsius..... what metal can be milled with cheap hong kong V-bits i mentioned and at what speed and feed rate? Thank You

Have you tried pure tin?

It's soft and easily machinable, and it should be able to take vulcanizing temperatures (the melting point is 232 C, 450F). It's been used traditionally in the jewelry trade for hand-carving models that are later vulcanized. Use a little oil when cutting it, so it doesn't stick to the cutters. Feedrates and rpms really depend on the size and type of cutters you're using - I'd start slow and try going faster if everything's working okay.

sounds interesting,i dont think i can find pure tin to buy, only those wires for soft soldering, but they r mixed and very soft, taht wouldnt sustain pressure when 0.4 mmm thick....thx for advice,i will seee what can i get
