Hi, I am only equiped with a Bridgeport 2 1/2 axis cnc Acu-rite Mill. My question is I need to mill small parts made of PEEK with .015 ems. I only have about 3000rpm to work with and I am using air to cool the parts. the parts are the size of a grain of rice. My problem is basically burrs . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |
