i hv been searching for laser machine. i found sme machine which can do 3d on laser...i been hear in kuwait i have a major disadvange of getting proper techinical support. i am preparing myself to buy a best laser machine i can get ( like kern or mecalase). my knowledge for buying a machine is limited, just an designer so, plz put forward sme valuable ideas which you all got thru working experience.. my major concern is abt software they provide, laser capacity, laser type, types of material like steels n other with varied thickness to be cut.cost of machine, stability of machine etc..
i excpect a brief sugeestion from ur side.
Not clear From beginning your are writing LASER FOR 3D, at the end you wrote CUT STEEL. Describe full list of works you want to do and peoples will help you with type and brand.
no actually i saw sme cnc lasers can engrave 3d, but my boss n from my side we are looking for a machine which can do 3d , 2d cutting etc.. finally if not clear for u ,, we r looking for a highly capable cnc laser machine .
Lets divide:
1) Lasers for 3D engraving inside glass/acrylic http://www.cerion-laser.de from my point of view - best proposal in price/possibilities ratio
2) Lasers for 3D engraving on surface - any good CO2 laser like GCC, ULS, Epilog, Trotec. Usually power up to 60 Wt, table size up to 64x100 cm. I mean LIKE 3D or NOT REAL 3D. Sample on picture.
3) Lasers for cutting - big tables, powerful CO2 tubes from 400 Wt to 1,5 kWt, oxygen systems - you have mentioned Mecalaser
