filter station for cutting exhaust fumes

    hello,

i am looking for a solution to clean the exhaust fumes when cutting acryl and wood. heard something about self contained filters. did anyone here install any filters in any kind?
we have a small table with 900x600mm, 8" opening for the hose below the table and its only about cutting, not engraving.

    thanks!

Buc, for wood you just need a filter - ideally a HEPA to ensure all the particulates are removed before venting back to the shop. Acrylic is a little different, the best option here for internal venting would be an activated charcoal filter box, the more surface area the better. If possible I would always recommend venting outside though.

    Zax.

    Thanks,

indeed there is already outside venting through a huge 8" hose with airblower.
Yet, we do not have a supplier for those filterboxes. I think we would need a HEPA and active charcoal filter combined..

    Best regards,

    Buc
