ı am an owner of uls 25 laser system with synrad tube ı need some replacement parts for repair.ı couldnt find those.And idea will helpfull.

here is what ı need.

sd 1407 2 pieces
mrf 427 1

I hate to ask the obvious, but have you tried Synrad?

Telling us what the parts are might help too?

Are they actually from inside the Synrad or are they ULS parts?

Both Synrad and ULS have been very helpful to me in the past.

ı tired synrad but havent any reply yet.

my systems laser tube is synrad probably the oldest one. ı need 2 rf transistor which are hard to find.

sd 1407 and mrf 427.

ı found sd 1407 but ı couldnt find mrf 427. or what ı can do.

ps: ı will try to attach photos tonight.

Advanced Semiconductor sells 427 replacements... it's not hard to find similar-spec'd units, either, no need to replace with the exact component. RF components have gotten much better over the years, so finding an equivalent (and likely much better) unit is pretty easy.
