I have a Universal Laser ULS25E that was made in 1996. That will not store programs when you power down, if you put it in standby it saves them but as soon as you kill the power it erases them. I would assume that yours does the same. They dont support these old ones anymore.

, yeah, I did. It was a key sequence. I can't remember it right now, but I am sure I have it written down somewhere. It was something like 0, Save, program-number all in rapid succession. That would save the current displayed program to the program-number.
