Question Looking for a masking film for soft stone and wood.

What is the prefered film for engraving finished wood to be back filled with gold leaf. Liqud latex leaves a goo in the burn, and won't clean out. Paper mask peals away, & PVC packing tape works but the fumes are really bad. ANY SUGGESTIONS
    Thanks

Have you found anything? I have seen something and need to find it again. There are "low tack" mask tape that comes in several width used in vinyl sign applications. I've used it with good results.

    Masking

Laserbits.com has multiple options specifically for this.

The vinyl mask works fine...just tried it.
