need someone to do production laser engraving

I've a new product being released soon and need it to be laser engraved. Best case scenario of course is buying my own laser. For the time being though, I need someone to do the work for me. I've already tried a local(Eugene, Oregon) trophy shop, they can do engraving but not with Z axis depth change. The part is a spherical "cup". The engraving needs to start at the top(Z0), go down the inside radius and end up on the "floor" at about Z-.400. The engraving itself isn't that complicated, just simple text. Please advise.
