Power needed to cut 1/16" ABS and 1/8" Acrylic?

I am thinking of purchasing a laser from wklasers, but before we commit to the larger machine we were thinking of trying out a smaller one just to ensure this is the right setup for us (rather than outsourcing).

The small machine from wklaser is 40 watts.

Would I be able to cut 1/16" black opaque ABS and 1/8" tinted acrylic on this machine? I would also like to cut 1/32" and thinner rubber (if possible).

This machines are good for engraving not for cutting, you can cut slow that materials with that laser power, better if you do it with 60w or more. the rubber can be cutted but it will try to melt. Acrylic cuts very well, ABS I think will cut like polystyrene, easy.
